In March, two volunteer teams of university students joined Baptist representatives in Hungary to receive training in how to share the gospel. “Over the course of three mornings, the students were trained in how to approach people, introduce themselves as followers of Jesus, pray with individuals, share personal testimonies, and present the gospel. Each afternoon, the students put into practice what they had learned. We thank the Lord for the obedience and faithfulness of each student who participated. We also rejoice that three individuals have become followers of Jesus! Please join us in praying for these new believers and for the new Bible study group that has formed. We are especially excited that these three young men are already sharing with others how God has changed their lives. Please pray for another university volunteer team that will come to Budapest, Hungary, in May. This group will receive the same training, so pray for open and receptive hearts among those they will encounter; may those people hear and respond to the invitation to follow Jesus. God is moving in Hungary and throughout Eastern Europe. Thank you for standing with us in prayer and for joining us in the work that God is doing!”
