In the Forgotten Sunlanders’ community, women lack freedom; their lives are often dictated by fathers or husbands, and most of their time is spent at home. While some have been able to pursue an education and even earn a college degree, many others have not. A growing number yearn for new opportunities abroad. For example, Fatima has waited for years to obtain a visa that would allow her to move to a country with greater prospects. After numerous rejections, she is now overjoyed to have finally received that visa! May her heart — and the hearts of countless other Forgotten Sunlander women who place their hopes in freedom — be lifted. May they discover the ultimate liberty that is found only in Christ.
