A year ago, a few believers had an encounter with Danya. They shared the gospel with her, and she seemed to be very interested. Over the course of the past year, she has been reading Scripture on her own and has expressed an interest in reading with believers. Pray that she will continue to be curious as she learns more about Jesus, and ask that she and some believers will be able to come together and read the Word. Pray that through her reading, God will convict Danya of her sin and need for a Savior. “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and the one who seeks finds, and to the one who knocks it will be opened” (Matthew 7:7-8 ESV).
