(soun POW-loo) – Four years ago during the COVID-19 pandemic period, First Baptist Church in the Sao Miguel Paulista neighborhood of Sao Paulo started a free English as a Second Language (ESL) ministry to reach the lost in the East Zone of Sao Paulo. Although it was not easy to lead the ministry at the beginning when there were not enough volunteers to serve, right now this ministry is being used as a bridge to connect many students and their families to Christ. Please pray that God will bless this ministry as a tool to spread the Word of God to those in the East Zone of Sao Paulo who have not heard the gospel.
