(goo-juh-RAH-tee) – Since the beginning of the year, five local believers have been focusing their full-time ministry efforts on “Business City.” This is a huge answer to prayer for those who’ve been interceding for years for local believers who would commit to focusing entirely on “Business City,” where there has historically been very little gospel traction! These believers meet in the mornings for a time of prayer, reading the Word, and training, if necessary, and then plan out their time for the rest of the day. A few weeks ago, a whole family professed faith in Christ! This newly believing family invited their neighbor over to pray for her because she’d been dealing with mouth cancer for five years. A week later, she had a checkup scan of her mouth, and the cancer was gone. Praise Jesus! Please pray that these believing young men and women will continue to abide deeply in Jesus as they labor in “Business City.” Pray that hearts across the city will be prepared to hear and receive the gospel through their efforts. Finaly, pray that this newly believing family will grow in their faith, tell more neighbors about the true Savior, and have the boldness to be baptized soon!
