The Human Needs Mexico Team writes: “Please be in prayer for a church plant at the southern border of Mexico that meets on a basketball court at 7 a.m. on Sundays. In this group, there are four or five languages spoken. The Baptist representative couple who started this church plant are retiring. We have all prayed that the church wouldn’t disappear with their leaving the field. God has answered that prayer, and a Mexican pastor, Andres, will be leading this work. Pray that the Lord will continue to give him wisdom in knowing how best to handle the differences in people groups, and pray that many will come to salvation in this place.”
