(kwah-luh LUM-pur) – Thank you for continued prayers for the church plant. Easter Sunday brought much cause for celebration, as several people were baptized and others joined the fellowship. As testimonies were shared, some listening were deeply moved as they considered the gospel. Another baptism celebration has been scheduled for two new believers and one additional person who desires to join the church. God’s provision has also been evident in practical ways. After being declined by every nearby building owner willing to rent to a church, and following much prayer, the church secured a dedicated meeting space and plans to begin gathering there this month. Pray for those recently baptized, that they would remain steadfast in their faith. Pray for the new space as renovations move forward, and for continued discipleship and outreach. Pray also for those preparing for baptism and for those who have not yet committed their lives to Christ.
