(LIH-bee-un) – Spring has begun in northern Africa. The temperatures are getting warmer, the days are getting longer, the rainy days are becoming fewer, and what flowers there are are beginning to bloom. Creation is pointing to the changing of the seasons, as the darker winter months are giving way to the light and the winds are shifting. Even the birds are enjoying the change and can be heard singing more and more. Please pray that like the winds, the Holy Spirit will breathe life anew into this dark land. Ask that Libyan Arabs will see creation teeming with new life and have a stirring within them to know the Giver of Life. May they find new life in Him. Also pray for the believers to be encouraged and to remember the new life they have in Christ as they witness new physical life around them.
