(MUG-uh-hee) – Shana is the daughter of a strong female leader in a city and is a strong disciple maker herself. She got married less than a year ago and happily decided to put her career aside in order to focus on growing her family. She moved to a different state, as per her culture, to live with her husband and his side of the family. The good news of pregnancy came a few months after the wedding, but unfortunately, she lost her baby. Pray for God’s comfort and strength for Shana, her husband, and both of their families. Pray that in the new state where they are living, she will continue to cast a vision and make disciples. Pray for her husband to be a growing disciple who will also support and allow his wife to continue focusing on the task of the Great Commission as they adjust to new family dynamics. Pray for more young women to follow Shana’s example to be a faithful disciple who makes disciples in the midst of singleness, marriage, studies, or work.
