“I asked if you would pray while I’m learning the local language so that I could understand the locals and express myself. I see progress and am grateful for your prayers! Recently, I was able to practice sharing the story of Joseph in the local language during class time. After I stumbled my way through, my language teacher shared the story in perfect language. The whole time we talked, our house helper was listening. Our house helper then shared how the previous day she had a dream and woke up being prompted to pray and ask the Father to preserve her life. As she went to work that morning, she stopped to buy a prayer candle used in her religion. As she was there, a car lost control and hit a wall. A few other people died as a result, but she walked away with no injuries. She sees this as the Father protecting her. Please pray that God will open her eyes to see that salvation is not earned by traditions or good works, but is a gift of grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone. Pray that she will have a true relationship with Jesus.”
