(NAH-goh-yah) – Three years ago she adamantly told her language student, “I’m Buddhist, I have no interest in Christianity.” While heartbroken, the missionary continued to talk about her faith, discuss Bible stories and pray for Sho sensei. Today, Sho sensei’s heart and mind are being opened to the gospel, and she has recently attended several worship services. God has also placed national friends in her life who are strong Christians and missionaries who are praying fervently for God to continue His work in her life. Pray that as missionaries, friends, and others have planted and watered, soon growth of a soul trusting in Jesus will burst forth for Sho sensei.
