(ny-ROH-bee) – It’s hard to always be moving around. Raj wished that his father had a different job and that they could stay in one place together. This was the third school and the third move in five years. His prayers never seemed to be heard by anyone. However, he does love his 5th grade teacher this year. She keeps talking about Jesus in class, and she really seems to care about him. “Maybe this year won’t be so bad,” Raj thinks to himself. Give thanks to God for godly teachers who invest in the lives of students at international schools! Pray for the school positions that are open in Nairobi, asking that they will be filled with teachers who can share the gospel and make a difference in the lives of their students. Pray for the teachers who have answered the call to serve God and proclaim the gospel in school settings like Rosslyn Academy in Nairobi. Ask God to give the teachers wisdom, good health, and community. Please pray for children like Raj who are seeking for truth and belonging. Pray that they will hear and understand the truth of God’s love for them.
