Jamira and a few of her friends have been spending time around a believer. When the call to prayer sounded from the mosque, Jamira was checking to see which way was north, the direction of Mecca, the city that Muslims turn toward when praying. She asked her believing friend, “Do you Christians pray to the south?” The believer told Jamira that she could pray in all directions. Jamira said, “Oh, because God is everywhere.” Pray that Jamira will come to know the God who hears prayer no matter which direction a person faces. Pray that she will hear more truth and desire to study the Word.
