Wafaa is a North African woman who has lived in Europe for many years. Although she has had a difficult life and spends much of her time caring for her teenage daughter with severe disabilities, she welcomes neighbors into her home and is known for her smile and cheerful attitude. Recently, Wafaa has had the opportunity to hear the gospel multiple times in conversations in her home. She asks basic questions but does not seem truly interested in learning more about Jesus. Please pray that these conversations will spark curiosity in her heart and that God will draw Wafaa to Himself. Ask Him to reveal Himself to her in a way that she will understand, and pray that she will find Him to be the source of true, eternal joy that is not dependent on circumstances. Ask the Holy Spirit to convict her of her sin and need for Christ, and pray that she will have the courage to seek Him.
