Across a major city in France, the gospel is flowing among the Sudanese refugees who live there. Thousands of Sudanese have left the instability in their home country to find refuge and start a new life in their adopted country. Many of them work hard to pay rent and put food on the table. Recently, a believer has seen a miracle take place among these struggling refugees. Three single men and two couples have established a house church with the help of the believer. They decided to come together to worship God faithfully because of God’s goodness to them. Despite their struggles at work, they agreed to bring their tithes and offerings as part of their worship. The men divided themselves into groups to minister the gospel to Sudanese in homes, refugee camps, and on the streets. Their vision is to grow spiritually and numerically as they faithfully teach the Bible and encourage their countrymen. Pray that the Holy Spirit will empower the Sudanese believers to remain faithful to Christ and to obey the Great Commission. Ask God to establish and build their church. Pray for unity and love among these believers, and ask that they will be a witness to their community.
