The internet is alive and well in the Middle East. Adults and youth scroll through their smartphones. Even babies are shown online videos on the phone to appease them while their parents visit with friends. The world is becoming “smaller” as people find out about other cultures and places through the internet. Unfortunately, very bad things are also being transported into the lives of Arab families through the internet. Pray against this worldwide problem. Pray that families who honor the Lord will be able to help their neighbors and friends with ideas that they have used against this problem. “Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things” (Philippians 4:8 ESV).
