The Kurundi people live in rural villages tucked in the Nuba Mountains of Sudan. Community is important to this population of 21,000. They call themselves Muslim yet continue to follow many of the traditional spiritual beliefs of their ancestors. Pray for the Kurundi people to become a community of faith in Christ. Some members of other people groups in the Nuba Mountains have professed faith in Christ. Pray for them to go to the Kurundi people and share the truth of the gospel, “for ‘everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved'” (Romans 10:13 ESV). Pray for the Church to be established among the Kurundi people.
