Miriam has had a life full of tragedy. She has struggled to find work and provide for her children as a widow. But despite hardships, she has come to follow the Lamb. She is smart and capable. She reads the Word and puts it into practice. No one else in her family has decided to follow Jesus, but she shares with them and loves them. Recently, she has been moved to fight and advocate for poor villages as a government official so that she can speak to higher-level leadership who can mobilize resources. Please pray that she will remain firm in her faith and know how to balance her authority as an official with her desire to share her faith. Pray that Miriam will be a light to those who live in a dark place.
