Please pray for churches in an area of 1 million people, where most pastors are aging. Pray that these pastors will effectively disciple the right men to become their successors when they need to step down. Many pastors haven’t stepped down yet because they have not discipled anyone to replace them. Pray for broad leadership development across all areas of ministry. Ask that the Holy Spirit will call out new leaders for the Church. Amen.
