Please pray for entire families to come to faith so they have community straightaway. For all the significant differences, Islam does create a strong community among its adherents. Local believers have been sharing the gospel in a village area about two hours outside of the city for years. A few days ago, Mr. H confessed Christ. Mr. H was checked for thorough understanding, affirmed his confession, then he was challenged to go and share his new faith with his family. Shortly after, he came back and said his wife wanted to follow Christ too and they both want to be baptized! Pray for Mr. H and his wife as they study the Word about baptism and begin to follow Christ in an intolerant cultural context.
