(mah-huh-RAHSH-truh) – Brian, a believer who lives in a village, was involved in an accident several weeks ago. He spent time in an intensive care unit (ICU) with a head injury but survived and is now at home. Despite the support of the local believers, his faith has been greatly shaken. The local church is praying and shepherding him to remain in Christ. One of the church members who is influential is back in his home state for the next month or two, so his being away from the village has made things more difficult. Pray that Brian will not give in to the temptation to pray to other gods for relief from his pain and that he will remain strong in his faith.
