In January, you were asked to pray as some believers took a trip to the upper-river villages and communities. Please intercede for them as they take their second river trip of the year. Petition for wisdom and incredible grace as they make this journey. May there be teamwork and trust among all involved as well as favor with government authorities. Pray that the power of the Holy Spirit will enable them to bridge communication gaps to clearly explain the gospel and the church to people in those villages. Jesus loves His church “and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it” (Matthew 16:18 ESV)!
