The Church is young and small in western Arabia. The evil one wants to wreak havoc on the local body. Many times, there is a lot of turmoil in the local body, and some believers have been deceptive and manipulative. It can be easy to focus on the sin. Yet, King Jesus is worthy of worship and praise despite any circumstances. Psalm 27:14 (CSB) says: “Wait for the LORD; be strong, and let your heart be courageous. Wait for the LORD.” Believers can ask the Lord for patience and strength. He is our Resting Place. In many ways, when we release our fears and wait on the Lord, we not only seek His face, but we find Him. He is the only one who can provide. Instead of looking at the difficulties or the enemies, we can look up. Pray that believers in western Arabia will believe and trust that our King is one who cares. “Even if my father and mother abandon me, the LORD cares for me” (27:10 CSB).
