The Persian Church in Canada and elsewhere around the world is not large, but it is growing at an amazing rate — all praise be to God, who is mightily at work! It is a small, young, and passionate Church led primarily by faithful yet untrained leaders. God has been using mature Persian Christian leaders to train and equip young Persian pastors in the task of shepherding the flock. These young pastors meet with these more experienced leaders for training in Bible study, ministry skills, prayer, and worship. Please pray for these trainings that take place randomly throughout the year. Ask God to use these mature, faithful Persian brothers and sisters to powerfully equip the Persian Church for fruitful ministry to the flock. Pray for the young pastors to be encouraged and faithful as they serve among their people for the sake of the gospel and the love of Christ. Give thanks to God for all that He is doing and has done!
