Please pray for refugees in South Korea who carry deep trauma from their experiences in their home country. The International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health found that 71% of young adult refugees reported having traumatic experiences in their home country, such as the loss of a family member, imprisonment and physical abuse. Even in a safe country, the impacts of trauma are evident in the lives of many refugees. Many of them struggle with anxiety, isolation and the stress of adapting to a new culture. Please pray for refugees to experience healing and comfort from their struggles. Pray that they find hope and peace in Jesus, the only One who can bring them lasting comfort and healing from their traumatic experiences. Also, please pray for missionaries who are ministering to refugees. Ask that the Lord would give them wisdom and guidance as they carry out their ministry. Also, please pray that they would have many opportunities to share the hope of the gospel.
