(SWAH-zee) – “Father of the fatherless and protector of widows is God in his holy habitation” (Psalm 68:5 ESV). The life of a Swazi woman can be very difficult. Relationships are hard to maintain in a culture that allows men to have more than one wife, various relationships outside of marriage, and children from different mothers without offering financial or emotional support. Pray for Swazi women who live in a society that does not show respect for women. Pray that Swazis will learn what God expects of the marriage relationship between a man and a woman and commit to follow those biblical standards.
