(TAH-jeeks) – On the weekend of June 6, Muslims across the world celebrated their Eid al-Adha (Feast of Sacrifice) holiday, representing their continued submission to the religious rules of Islam. As freedom and independence are celebrated in the United States this month, please remember to give thanks to God for Tajiks who have salvation in Him and, as such, are living in His freedom. Let the July 4 holiday also be a reminder to intercede for those Tajiks who are still lost in darkness. Pray that God will break the chains from their lives. May those Tajiks also come to experience the freedom found in Christ alone!
