(tie-koh-RAHT) – God cares about our every need regardless of how small or unimportant it may seem. When Hero arrived at the house church retreat, he realized he had forgotten to bring soap. He went to the hotel store to buy soap, but there was none for sale. Hero went to the meeting room wondering what he was going to do for soap that night. At the meeting there was a drawing for a prize, and Hero’s name was picked. There were three items, and he could pick one. He decided to take the only wrapped shoebox-looking package. He thought he would get a new pair of shoes. When Hero went to his room at night, he opened the package. Hero was surprised to see five boxes of soap. The Lord provides for our every need! Praise the Lord! Pray that this house church in Thailand will faithfully shine the light of the gospel in their community so that the Thai-Khorat people can hear and respond to the truth about the God who made them and cares for their every need, just as He clearly cares for Hero.
