(is-tan-BULL) – David is a young Turkish man who has been earnestly seeking spiritual truth. He has been attending church and recently finished going through an evangelism study with an older believer. Though he often seems ready to follow Jesus, he is wrestling with what it would truly cost to become His disciple. Please pray that God will grant David genuine, confident faith and the willingness to deny himself, take up his cross, and follow Christ. Ask the Lord to bless his study of the Book of Acts, giving him a heart for evangelism and discipleship among Turks and others in Istanbul. Pray for God to guide him as he counts the cost and steps into the life God intends for him.
