A mobile clinic provides vaccinations for polio and measles. Children under the age of 5 usually get the vaccines, as well as pregnant mothers. Anxious and excited children gather around to see what all the commotion is about. The dirty feet of the children show years of running in dirt and hot sand to get to where they need to be. Most of the children have never owned a pair of shoes.
