Many of the customers in a bustling barbershop in the Chittagong Hill Tracts of eastern Bangladesh are Bengali, the national majority people group. The Hill Tracts, an area set aside by the government of Bangladesh for the tribal peoples, is rich in resources. Relationships between the Bengalis and tribal people have not always been peaceful.
