Volunteers ride back to Bamako in Mali, West Africa and see a chicken traveling in the van with them. The volunteers traveled to West Africa to help with a food distribution project among 120 Bambara villages. 500 tons of millet was provided to help stave off the starvation for about 31,000 Bambara people living in this rural area.
