A floating village in Cambodia. The villagers make their income from selling fish. Their diets consist of mostly fish and rice. A tour boat from Vietnam regularly brings in boxes of noodles to the village people. They simply bring in the noodles and leave. They provide no other form of help and often simply cause a chaotic fight to break out among the villagers and children.
