Mamprusi chiefs from villages in the Mamprusi District of the Northern Region enter the chief’s palace in the center of Nalerigu, Ghana for a council meeting.
Nayiri Naa Bohagu Mahami Abdulai, is the paramount chief of the Mamprusi people group. When his father was paramount chief he was instrumental in providing land for the Baptist Medical Centre’s construction in the late 1950s.
