Preparing Coffee

A Nagekeo woman gathers her coffee beans in the late afternoon after she dried them. The Nagekeo people are the traditional residents of Flores, an island in eastern Indonesia with a Spanish colonial history. The Nagekeo people number more than 100,000 people. Most describe themselves as Roman Catholic, but less than 250 people are known to be evangelical Christians
