DESCRIPTION
Hope Community Church near Bern is seeking a mission team to partner with us for our annual Kids Camp and community outreach. We are looking for a group with VBS or camp experience that understands the dynamic nature of children's ministry and can hit the ground running. Our primary focus is a three-day, German-language VBS Kids Camp (serving 40-50 kids) where your team will work alongside our multicultural leaders to facilitate games, crafts, and relationship-building. While you do not need to speak German, we need volunteers who are proactive, ready to take ownership of tasks, and able to lead with energy and flexibility alongside our local staff. Beyond the camp, we explicitly invite your team to lead the musical worship (in English) for an open-air outreach evening in downtown Bern, as well as support our Sunday service. This trip is ideal for a team that is comfortable serving independently, knows how to jump in where help is needed, and desires to integrate quickly into a fast-paced ministry environment.
