Every year as winter approaches, Afghans become worried about how they are going to heat their homes and provide warm clothes for their family. This year, coal is a little bit cheaper than it has been in the past, but it is still an added cost that most people find difficult to afford. Pray for those in Afghanistan who are finding it hard to provide adequately for their families this winter. Intercede for good management of the little money that they have. Pray for good health for Afghans this winter since doctors’ visits and medicine will stretch their finances even thinner. Pray for those being forcibly returned from neighboring countries, as they have even less provisions for the winter.
