A popular, biblically based abstinence program in the United States is making its way to where the Coffee People live. A non-Christian majority in their area and social media have distorted their understanding of God’s design for marriage. Astria attended a 2-day training to become a local trainer of this program. “I’m ready to share what I learned and encourage young people to live a holy life of sexual purity.” This month when many emphasize worldly ideas of love, Astria is teaching students God’s perspective. Some of these topics are culturally taboo. Pray for God to work through these gatherings to create a new understanding among Baptist Health College students and English Worship members. May the peace found in pursuing Christ and living His way positively permeate the culture. Pray with us for students to receive the teaching. Ultimately, we pray for more souls to know the true love of God by receiving salvation in His Son, Jesus.
