(joh-HAHN-is-burg) – Tumelo has studied 35 Bible stories in the past year. She has also been sending Bible verses to her nieces in the country of Lesotho and telling them how God uses the verses in her life. Over the holidays, Tumelo was able to take Sesotho-language Bibles to her three nieces and also keep one for herself; until now, she’s never had a Bible in her own language. She also took children’s workbooks that use Bible stories to teach literacy in her language. She is excited to teach her nieces about the Bible! Please pray that Tumelo will have more opportunities to share God’s Word with her family, and pray for them to see how God’s Word is true in her life. Pray that they will believe and respond to what God says. “But to all who did receive him, who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God” (John 1:12 ESV).
