In Urban Rose, there is a population of refugees and immigrants from different Arabic-speaking countries. Yonatan is a local believer who has been ministering to Arabic speakers in the city. Recently, he started conversation events in which he is practicing speaking a trade language with the men in order to help them communicate with different people as they go about the city. He is looking for other believers who can speak that trade language to join him in this ministry. Pray for more believers in the city to join him in reaching their Arabic-speaking neighbors. Pray for the men who are currently coming to practice that trade language, asking that God will draw them to Himself. Pray that the gospel will be clearly and faithfully shared and that the men whom Yonatan ministers to will be hungry to know the truth. Intercede for opportunities for believers to engage Arabic-speaking women, as well. A group of believing college students will be spending about a month in Urban Rose this summer. Pray for opportunities for them to join Yonatan’s ministry and share the gospel with Arabic speakers in the city.
