Project Overview

Children in poor communities throughout Central Thailand have few safe places to go after school and on weekends. The parents are busy working, and grandparents or other relatives often cannot help. A team of long-term Christian workers partners with local churches and believers to enter these communities and build relationships with these families. They host events such as kids’ camps and educational activities such as free tutoring, English corners, and music classes. They also offer parenting classes and Bible studies to meet the community’s spiritual needs. By caring for the children in the community, they earn the trust and respect of parents and community leaders. This outreach enables local believers to share their lives with the community so they can share the gospel, start small groups, and plant indigenous community churches. This project also supports The ELM Ministry pregnancy help centers. This ministry equips the local Thai community to make informed decisions regarding life in the womb. It strengthens the community by supporting young women experiencing unplanned pregnancies and empowers them to better their lives with job opportunities, education, and gospel exposure. This ministry also equips local Thai churches to provide pregnancy support to at-risk mothers through training, coaching, and resource support. Your partnership is vital to providing for children born and unborn, supporting local Thai communities, and spreading the gospel to those who have never heard that Jesus loves them.
