Project Overview
With a population of more than 600 million, South Asia is home to the greatest concentration of Muslims on the planet. The Subcontinent has hundreds of Muslim groups with many languages and cultures, stretching from the megacities to the Himalayan valleys and the deserts to the Ganges plains.
For many years, God has worked in South Asia to bring millions from the Hindu majority into His kingdom. Though God is doing a wonderful work among Hindus, the gospel has not yet penetrated many Muslim communities. Local believers are afraid of Muslims and lack the training and tools they need to impact Muslims for Jesus effectively. Therefore, our team is focusing on seeing God’s kingdom expand among Muslims.
Despite the challenges, God is at work among South Asian Muslims! Muslims are leaving Islam to follow Jesus across South Asia. Churches are being planted. There is a great reason to rejoice!
