DESCRIPTION
Nehemiah Teams Advance Operations Training (AOT) is designed to disciple, develop, & deploy this generation to finish the Great Commission in this generation, specifically preparing young adults to continue their cross cultural service. Your training will include Americans & other young adults from across Asian Pac Rim Peoples affinity. After the intensive training phase, you will be deployed for immediate implementation of your training. Your assignment will begin with a pre-field training conducted by IMB staff & field workers at the IMB's International Leaning Center in Richmond, Virginia. At the end of your term, you will return for a time of debrief before returning home.
