Osaka Jogakuin is an all‑girls junior/senior high school and full‑time university, founded in the late 1800s by early Protestant missionaries. Though the number of Christian students and staff has declined over the years, the student body continues to grow. Recently, missionaries on the Osaka City Team met the school chaplain. They were unsure what to expect, but God clearly went before them. The chaplain invited them to serve on campus by helping lead chapel services in Japanese and English, and he had other suggestions of how they could interact with the students as well as the faculty and staff. Pray for God’s blessing as they step through this remarkable open door to share the gospel.
