(MOP-lah) – Please ask the Lord to work in the hearts of believers across the state of Kerala, India. May they be moved to share the Christmas story with Muslims they meet throughout this month. There is an overall complacency among believers in the state not to share the gospel clearly, and that inaction leads to millions of lost Mappila without access to the gospel. Intercede for boldness among the Church of Kerala. Ask for believers to be inspired by the Christmas story in a fresh way that ignites their love of the Lord Jesus this season. Pray for the Lord to turn these embers into a roaring flame that shines across the entire state and throughout South Asia! “You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do people light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a stand, and it gives light to all in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven” (Matthew 5:14-16 ESV).
