A refugee family who believes in Jesus is struggling with overcoming the daily traumatic stories they hear from their family members back in their home country. Please pray that they will give themselves permission to take a break each day from the constant communication, sit with Jesus in His Word, and develop some healthy rhythms of life again. Pray that they will receive comfort from Matthew 11:28-29 (ESV): “Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.”
