Stories of the great humanitarian crisis continue to pour out of Sudan. The resources of those who have generously given to the relief effort are dwindling, yet the need grows greater as the conflict continues. Please do not stop interceding for Sudan. Pray for peace. Ask God to cause the warring sides to lay down their arms. Pray that those living in Sudan will put their hope in God, for He says, “My people will abide in a peaceful habitation, in secure dwellings, and in quiet resting places” (Isaiah 32:18 ESV). Pray that they will be able to rebuild what has been destroyed. Petition for healing for those who have been traumatized. Pray for development aid to be given that will give sustainable help.
