(TAH-jeeks) – During the winter months all across the country, Tajiks will experience power cuts, leaving them without running water or electricity for several hours each day. Days are shorter since the sun sets sooner, and the weather is colder and often overcast. As the physical world is literally darker, it’s a reminder of the spiritual darkness in which Satan has many Tajiks enslaved. Pray that God will break through the darkness and that His light will shine in their hearts and minds. Pray that they will experience salvation in Jesus and the freedom that He promises to those who believe in Him.
