God is at work calling out workers from the Americas to join the body of missionaries going to the unreached peoples of the world. However, due to lack of administrative, logistical, and financial support, the waiting list of qualified workers is growing faster than the missionary force. Agencies, conventions, churches, and individuals are already heavily invested, but it is often not enough. Your gift to this project will help prepare and send believers who are called by God to join the global mission force, providing platform development funds, new project seed money, and emergency and provisional support. God is drawing out resources through partners who want to empower the Latin American Church more fully participate in the Great Commission, taking the gospel to unreached peoples and places.

Joanna is from Peru. After a long delay due to COVID restrictions, $6900 in donations from this project enabled her to deploy to Southeast Asia and begin ministry. Your generosity covered her travel expenses, visa costs, language classes, and a bicycle for local transportation.
Max & Susan are from Brazil. They had served faithfully in South Asia, but COVID restrictions forced them to return to their home country. Then, the economic downturn created by COVID prevented them from having the resources to return to ministry. Your gifts of $7150 covered the amount needed for their family of five to return to the field and reestablish themselves. They are now key partners in reaching an extremely large unreached people group.
Frank & Lois served as home missionaries in their native Ecuador. They felt called to serve overseas and are now en route to a highly unreached country in Southeast Asia. Your generosity will cover $4000 of their travel, visa costs, and initial set up in their new place of service.

Andean peaks, Mayan ruins, Amazonian rainforest, Patagonian glaciers, and Caribbean white-sand beaches: South America is a land of exploration and diversity that commands your attention and captivates your senses. The people of Latin America and the Caribbean are known for their lively spirit. South America is home to thirteen of the world’s 100 most populous cities and these urban dwellers face challenges such as poverty, long work days, addictions, and broken families.
The Americas have a rich heritage of Christian missions, yet more than 550 million people here are living without Jesus. Indigenous cultures have intermixed so thoroughly with Christian beliefs that many traditional churches are void of any knowledge of the gospel. Of the 1003 people groups in the Americas, 178 are unreached and unengaged.
