About This Project
Deep in the heart of the mountains, in a remote region of Central Asia, live millions of people who have no access to the gospel. For generations, people are born, live their whole lives in isolation and extreme poverty, and then die without ever getting to hear about Jesus. Your gift to this project will establish the first full translation of the Bible ever made in their language.
In Phase 1, through your sacrificial giving, we were able to finish most of the New Testament and begin distribution through a variety of means. Your gifts have propelled us into Phase 2 in which we will complete the New Testament and finish the initial books of the Old Testament!
This project will finally provide access to the gospel through the Word in both written and audio forms in a region where extremism and political instability threaten every life, access to God’s Word is a critical need. Your partnership is vital to opening the door to eternal life for these beautiful souls who live in what is considered one of the most remote and dangerous places in the world. Give today!
Why direct giving matters
Giving directly to a missionary team helps fund the specific, on-the-ground needs your missionaries care deeply about—needs that aren't covered by CP and LMCO alone.
Amal* has strong religious roots. But she is also curious and wants to learn more about the Bible.
Your generosity to this ministry enabled us to translate 30 books of the Bible into Amal’s language.
With these books completed, we began a study group. Amal and other women gather to read, discuss, and study the Bible.
While Amal’s family and friends regularly discourage her participation, she continues to meet with the group to study Scripture.
This is the first Bible study entirely in the heart language of the people in this region. The small group is the most consistent gospel engagement we’ve had!
With 512 chapters translated of the Bible, this project is reaching the halfway point. We are excited to complete the polishing and printing of the New Testament by the end of the year!
Thank you for your faithful giving and prayers on behalf of the millions who are lost in this Central Asian people group and have no access to the Bible.
Please join us in prayer:
Amal and others are hearing the gospel because of your sacrificial gifts. Thank you for introducing God’s Word to this people group, so they can “know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge” (Ephesians 3:19).

Thank you for praying and giving to help us reach an isolated people group for Christ. Deep in the heart of the mountains, in a remote region of Central Asia, live millions of people who have no access to the gospel. For generations, people are born, live their whole lives in isolation and extreme poverty, and then die without ever getting to hear about Jesus. Your faithful intercession and generosity will establish the first full translation of the Bible ever made in their language.
New Testament completion reaps rewards. Last year, with your help, we completed translation of the New Testament and began initial distribution. This year, we have worked to refine our early translation with the help of faithful national partners. We continue polishing it and will begin more formal distribution in the coming months.
Old Testament translation progresses quickly. We are making incredible progress in putting the Bible into the hands of those who have never heard of God’s love, grace, and forgiveness. Translation of the Old Testament is moving quickly because of your gifts. In addition, we are developing new resources for people to hear and understand biblical stories more readily.
Your giving impacts Navid*. Though a follower of Christ, Navid had never read or heard the Bible in his own language. After receiving an audio copy of the New Testament, he repeatedly listened to its words. “Without a way to learn about the Bible, it was difficult to grow in my faith. Now, I can listen to God’s Word any time. I have a new hunger to learn more about God and grow in my faith.”
Please join us in prayer.
Pray for unity among team members and the ongoing fruitfulness of their work.Thank you for partnering with us to reach the nations for Christ. We appreciate your sacrificial giving and prayers as we labor together to solve the world’s greatest problem: lostness.

Praise God for your faithful and sacrificial giving! We are on track to meet our goals and are working towards having the entire New Testament drafted by the end of this year! We are also making incredible progress in the Old Testament, especially with Genesis, Exodus, Psalms and Proverbs!
The goal amount has increased on the website to reflect the funding needed to continue work through 2022. Thank you for your faithfulness in bringing the Scriptures into the hands of people who have never had a chance to encounter it in their language before!
Thanks to incredible giving this year, we have been able to expand the project in 2021! Opportunities have opened up to employ more translators, hire more original language consultants, and produce more resources! Because of this, we are able to increase the total project goal for the project from $150,000 to $200,000. This means we will near the completion of the New Testament by the end of the year and also make incredible progress on the Old Testament. Thank you for your faithfulness in giving towards this vital project, offering these people the full Scriptures in their hands for the first time!
Thanks to your generous support, we have been able to finish this phase of the Bible translation project for a highly unreached people group in Central Asia! Your giving has allowed the translation team to finish all four Gospels, Acts, James, 1 through 3 John, 1 and 2 Peter, Jude, Romans, Revelation, Psalms 1 through 75, and a children’s Bible! In addition, these resources have been/are being recorded in audio format and made available in various apps and through various broad seed sowing campaigns among the people. Almost the entire New Testament has been completed, and it is now available to people who have never heard it!
Now we have the joy of moving on to the next phase of translation. This phase will involve finishing the New Testament and tackling some of the most foundational texts of the Old Testament as we work towards a complete Bible. We will finish the Book of Psalms and then complete Genesis, Exodus, Ecclesiastes, Daniel and possibly more! Additionally, work will begin on the translation of a few Bible films, including one or two of the Gospels and an Old Testament film. All this content will continue to be made available in print and digital format. Thanks to your continued support, a people group who has never had any of the Old Testament available to them in their heart language will finally see the story of God unfold before their eyes! May God make Himself famous among this people group through His Word!
